STAR Education Bundle

You can also enroll your property into the STAR Education Bundle and pay a one-time fee of $489, which will give you and your team complete access to all STAR-related courses with no additional fees. STAR educational opportunities include Fair Housing, Leasing 101, and featured hands-on courses and webinars. NAA. credential courses and the other certification programs, such as CPO. and EPA., will receive a 10% discount.

It more than pays for itself to enroll your property in STAR. Here’s a breakdown of the monthly cost per property: 489/12 = $45 per month. If you have six employees on your site, each employee would be $8 per month. We hope that you take advantage of the education bundle. It is worth it!
