FWAA Education Foundation

FWAAMembers of the Fort Worth Apartment Association are eligible to apply for educational financial assistance from the FWAA Education Foundation, which provides professionals in the property management industry with financial assistance toward professional growth and continuing education.

 All Lone Star Award Winners [Individual Winners and Community of the Year Winners] will receive a scholarship from the FWAA Education Foundation to be awarded at the annual Lone Star Awards and Leadership Celebration.

Scholarship Guidelines:

Applicant(s) must be serious about pursuing a career in the residential property management industry, provided that the following guidelines are met. All items must be adhered to be and to be eligible to receive the scholarship (this form does not constitute or imply an offer to provide you with a scholarship)

Successfully submit the online scholarship application. This scholarship is for the financial assistance of any multifamily industry programs and any other professional education programs deemed by the scholarship fund. The applicant must be employed by an FWAA member in good standing. This scholarship includes tuition only. No monetary funds are given directly to the person(s) awarded the scholarship. The scholarship is non-transferable.

If the applicant is awarded a scholarship, the applicant will have 24 months from the date of issue to use the funds. If funds are not used, funds will be returned to the EF Operating Account.
