President's Letter - Nov 2023

An Incredible October

Friends, October was a blast! Not only did we have another incredible PAC Golf Tournament at Bear Creek Country Club in Euless, but we also had our signature event, the AATC Trade Show and Education Conference. I want to personally thank all the members who participated in these events. Our members make things happen, and we are truly grateful. 

This year, hundreds of members came up to cheer on Toni Blake, listen to an incredible message from NFL player Trent Shelton, and attend one of the many sessions available throughout the day just before the Trade Show kicked off around 4 pm. My heart is especially happy that we got to share it with one of my favorite sports teams, the Texas Rangers. Game 4 of the ALCS got underway during our show—how exciting. We all know how the season turned out for us, and I couldn't be more excited! Go, Rangers! Cowboys, it's your turn!

This month, we are preparing for our first-ever Christmas Gala and Toy Drive on Dec 5th at Hurst Conference Center. We hope you can attend this fun and spirited event and find it in your heart to donate a toy or two to support our partners, Community Enrichment Center. Please help us help those kids this Christmas season!

One last thing, save the date for Jan 26th as we embark on another installment of our AATC Lone Star Awards and Leadership Celebration, where we honor our industry's best and brightest, along with recognizing our incoming president, Bryan Downer, and his leadership team for 2024.
