Changes are coming in 2024 to the TAA forms and REDBOOK! There are three major changes:

• Every two years, TAA undergoes an extensive review of all its leases and the TAA REDBOOK. In this year’s legislative session, there were no mandated changes to the lease itself; however, TAA is responding to member feedback and creating a new Master Lease Addendum (MLA). This link provides a bit more detail regarding the MLA.
• Over the last several years, many members have moved to become more paperless. TAA is also moving in that direction, and as of January 1, 2024, TAA’s leases, addenda, and REDBOOK will only be available in electronic form via TAA’s Click & Lease program. In addition, REDBOOK online will also be available for a separate subscription through TAA’s website.
• Printed pads of TAA forms will no longer be available. However, TAA’s Click & Lease program also features free access for owners with ten (10) units or fewer, including REDBOOK online.
