The networking reach you have inside of Fort Worth Apartment Association is vast – over 250,000 unit doors and over 1,500 businesses. When you are a part of our organization you have direct access to these partners, suppliers, and clients. We aren’t just talking to your coworkers and supervisors. We are consistently networking with city council members, local mayors, company owners and entrepreneurs across the nation, business partners in other states, marketing, and branding ambassadors, and building developers that are new to our area. Are you utilizing your benefits to the full capacity?
Our online directories and portal access give you contact information for our current members. You can find a vendor, a job, or a new employee all at our website. You can register for an upcoming event or party we are throwing, sign up for an education or continuing education class, or get a team together to compete in a golf tournament at our webpage. All these things come with marketing and advertising too. We do over half of our outreach out in public and involving our local communities and neighbors outside of the multifamily industry. So even the people that are not in our network are seeing your branded gear, company vehicles, and the faces that work at your company. The key to marketing is getting in front of as many eyes as possible – what better way to do that than with your friends raising money for local charities.
Our staff is very involved with local politics and industry standards as well. We spend several hours each month sitting in chamber meetings, attending local developmental update seminars, and talking with city leaders. We partner and refer people to several different non-profits in our areas that we work closely with behind the scenes. This month we have several of our members and friends going to Washington DC to discuss your benefits and legal rights – helping to improve our industry for the future generations we are bringing with us. These members have the honor to speak directly to members of congress – and it all started with them using their benefits for the betterment of our communities and utilizing the network we offer. Our goal is to be the best resource for our members business and personal lives.
