Fair Housing, Is It Fair?
Fair housing affects every area of your daily operations. In this power-packed seminar, we are going to review and discuss rules, judgments, and decisions that are being made locally and nationally in rental housing. What you thought you knew at the beginning of this year has changed. In addition, "shoppers" are aggressively searching for us to do something wrong. We must always be ready and always make sure we are following the laws. Who should attend: Property Managers and Regional Property Managers.
