Event Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your registration...

All events and class registration require a written cancellation at least 72-hours prior to the start of the event or class in order to be honored unless otherwise stated on the event or course information page. All no-shows will be billed accordingly. Please send your request to the staff director in charge of the event. For more information, email info@aatcnet.org or call 817-284-1121.
