About AATC IRO
AATC's Independent Rental Owners (IRO) programs provide opportunities for networking and educational forums for Association members that share a unique spectrum of business interests common among rental housing owners.
An AATC IRO member is an individual or company engaged principally in the ownership and operation of rental housing properties with no single property containing more than fifty units.
