 Welcome
to your one stop shopping for all the forms you
will need. The
Apartment Association of Tarrant County is your
source for your entire rental housing resource
needs. AATC members may purchase the TAA Lease
Forms, REDBOOK and TAA Operating Guide for Class C
Pools and Spas.
As an AATC member,
you have exclusive access to the most recognized
and comprehensive lease contracts and property
management forms in the state. More than two dozen
different standardized forms are available,
including some in NCR versions. Many forms are
available in English with Spanish on the reverse.
Other stand-alone Spanish versions are available
to help you bridge any language barriers with your
residents. Forms are written in plain English (not
legalese), and designed for an eighth-grade
education. Forms are updated regularly to reflect
changes in the law, court decisions and member
experience.

TICKETS
As an added member
service AATC offers movie tickets from various
local theaters. They include AMC, General Cinema,
United Artist, Cinemark, and Sony/Loews.
