ADVERTISING NOTES:
Ad rates are
based on color ad placements. Discounts for black and white ads
are not available.
Ads must run
on consecutive months rather than alternating or other
nonconsecutive schedules.
Ad size must
meet published standards and must remain consistent throughout
the contract term.
Space reservation is due by the
fourth of the previous month.
(i.e. reserve space by Jan. 4 for the February publication)
Ad copy is
due in the AATC office no later than 30-days in advance of the
desired publication month. Four-color pdfs are preferred.
Advertisers
will be billed at the first of the month of each publication.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
AATC
maintains final approval on all layout and design submissions.
Ad
contracts are binding agreements between AATC and the advertiser
for the term of the engagement.
