The Apartment Association of Tarrant County has more than a dozen standing or special committees and councils. The incoming president appoints committee and council chairs each year. AATC committees and councils are the backbone of the association, each drafting its own business plan. The implementation and evaluation of every Association initiative is the responsibility of our standing and special committees. All association members are encouraged to participate in the vast majority of our programs. All it takes to join one of our committees is a phone call, a fax or an email to the committee chair or its respective staff liaison.
