The Apartment Association of Tarrant County is a 38-year old north central Texas trade association, boasting more than 1,200 member companies and individuals who own, operate or provide products and services to owners and managers of nearly 157,000 apartment homes located in Erath, Hood, Jack, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise Counties.



AATC is a member-driven organization, led by an industry-based leadership team that includes 9 elected officers, 20 directors, 10 standing committee chairs and 8 staff specialists. Each member of our dedicated team, including an outstanding array of committee volunteers, is committed to maximizing the value of our housing product and the level of professionalism throughout the multihousing industry.
