What is Thinklink? Do you have an issue that you can’t seem to resolve and you need another point of view? Thinklink is the place for you. In 2006, the Career Development committee sat down and thought how could help the industry with a way to get answers to their tough questions or issues at their communities. With vendors and management members joining in the 2006 Thinklink was a huge success even winning the 2006 NAA Paragon Award.
In 2007, the magic returned with another great afternoon of ideas, motivation and solutions! With solutions that effect the bottom line supervisors across the metroplex have endorsed this event, even joining in on facilitating and sending their team members.
