CAMT-I is
composed of eight seminars covering every aspect of
property maintenance from customer service, fair
housing, and basic electrical to HVAC.
AATC is not offering CAMT this semester.

CAMT-I
QUALIFICATIONS
To receive the CAMT-I designation, students must
have one-year apartment industry experience,
complete the CAMT-I curriculum, meet NAA
attendance requirements and pass examinations in
basic appliances, HVAC, electrical and
plumbing. Students have two years to complete the
program.
