Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

CAMT-I is composed of eight seminars covering every aspect of property maintenance from customer service, fair housing, and basic electrical to HVAC.

AATC is not offering CAMT this semester. Please contact Sarah Turner for alternative training ideas for your maintenance teams: 817-284-1121.

CAMT-I QUALIFICATIONS
To receive the CAMT-I designation, students must have one-year apartment industry experience, complete the CAMT-I curriculum, meet NAA attendance requirements and pass examinations in basic appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Students have two years to complete the program.
