The on-site manager is a vital link between apartment residents and the community owners and investors. That's why an increasing number of owners and investors are seeking NAA-designated CAM, Certified Apartment Managers to fill their staffing needs.

Orientation/Community Analysis -
February 3, 2008 with Sue Weston, CAM, CAPS
A review of the CAM program as well as the elements required to complete a comprehensive market and management analysis report, which is required in order to complete the designation requirements.

All classes are held at the AATC Training Center. The start at 9:00am and end at 5:00pm. The orientation is a half day class and should around 12:00pm.

The cost of attendance is $795 for AATC Subscribers and $880 for all other AATC members. A one time, non-refundable $250 fee for program materials is due on or before CAM Orientation.
