Community service projects at AATC have raised thousands of dollars for area charities. Current projects include a bowling tournament that raises money for the Union Gospel Mission.

OTHER INITIATIVES
The association launched a holiday card campaign for UGM in 2003. In 2004, AATC helped UGM run its first golf fundraiser. In 2005, AATC was recognized by the National Apartment Association for its longstanding commitment to Union Gospel Mission.

AATC is also a proud partner with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Annual Toy Drive. Each year the associations collect more than 20,000 toys for area kids!
