Because
changes to the TAA Lease Contracts and Rental
Application are statutorily required as of January
1, 2008, you’ll want to be sure you are using the
new forms at that time. As always, members are
encouraged to use the latest versions of all TAA
lease forms to ensure maximum benefit and
protection.
Members using TAA’s computer-based lease programs
get first access to revised lease forms and new
and revised TAA REDBOOK forms, as well TAA’s
REDBOOK Online. Members using these programs
should have access to the revised forms by
November 10. For information about these programs,
visit www.bluemoon.com. TAA is also in the midst
of production on its 2008-09 REDBOOK edition,
which will be available in printed form in late
January. All changes to TAA’s REDBOOK Online will
be completed in early January.
