2004 Lone Star Awards The area's best properties, managers, leasing agents and other professionals were recognized at the annual Lone Star Awards May 25. The Lone Star Awards were started four years ago to recognize the best of the best in the multihousing industry.
2004 WINNERS FINALISTS Three finalist for each category have been selected by the AATC Lone Star Awards judges. See their pictures in the May issue of Dimensions magazine. AWARD CATEGORIES Leasing consultant of the year Lead maintenance technician of the year (2 categories: more than 300 unites and fewer than 300 units) Property manager of the year (2 categories: more than 300 unites and fewer than 300 units) Property supervisor of the year Property of the year (2 categories: constructed before 1990 and after 1990) Community team of the year (2 categories: more than 300 unites and fewer than 300 units) AWARDS BANQUET Lone Star Award finalists were recognized and LSA winners announced at a special banquet on May 25 in the Roundup Inn at Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth.
