The Apartment Association of Tarrant County offers an exciting, cost-effective program that gives members access to highly qualified legal professionals who specialize in multifamily housing law.

By enrolling in AATC's Legal Services program, you are entitled to 15-minute calls to our participating attorneys for only $25/each. The annual enrollment fee is only $50. Telephone consultations longer than 15 minutes and other legal work will be explained separately at a fee agreed to by the member and the attorney.

Terms of Service 1) I understand that my company will be billed $50, effective today; henceforth, I will be billed $50 automatically every 12 months until I cancel. 2) Continual AATC Membership is required to retain this service. 3) I understand that all agreements made between the participating attorneys and myself are strictly between the participating attorneys and myself. 4) I understand that I will receive 15 minutes of attorney phone consultation with any of the participating attorneys for $25 and beyond that I will be billed at the discretion of the participating attorney.
