For over 40 years, AATC has been a driving force behind the multifamily industry and we grow each and every year. With over 700 properties in our database, we service over 170,000 apartment homes in Tarrant and surrounding counties. In addition, we have over 300 owner/manager members and over 250 product and services companies that service these companies. Together, we are a catalyst for great commerce and industry.

Note: New Association members pay a full year's investment when submitting an application for membership. The 2nd year's membership investment will be prorated based on the 1st year application date. For example, a new member application submitted in July must be accompanied by a full year's investment in addition to the 1-time new membership application fee. However, since annual membership investments must be paid each January, the 2nd year's membership investment invoice will only total 1/2 the 1st year annual investment. All subsequent investments will reflect a full 12-month investment rate. Also included are membership fees for both the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
