The Apartment Association of Tarrant County (AATC) aggressively promotes and encourages fair housing compliance through an ongoing series of professional education programs. AATC educates our members about local, state, and federal fair housing laws and regulations that prohibit discrimination by a rental housing provider based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, sexual orientation, or disability. AATC incorporates fair housing training into its professional designation, continuing education, legal seminars, and education conference curricula.
