AATC’s Spring and Fall golf tournaments raise funds for the Association’s Political Action Committee (PAC). These monies are used to support state and local candidates for public office (e.g. justices of the peace, mayors, city council members, state representatives, county commissioners, etc.) and support/opposed ballot initiatives that impact the multifamily housing industry.
Your money is spent locally on elected-officials that directly impact yours and your properties’ bottom-line.
Candidates use our contributions to fund their campaigns. PAC donations pay for signage, bumper stickers, push-cards, mail-outs, phone-banks, media, office supplies and rent, opposition-research, and consultants.
AATC PAC can not accept corporate donation. All PAC contributions must be by cash, personal check, or personal credit card. Credit cards with company name and/or logo on them can not be accepted.
