Business Exchange Vendor Information

The AATC – AAGD Business Exchange is a reverse trade show. It is an opportunity for vendors to meet one-on-one with owner-management company executives who can make a buying decision. In other words, it’s networking on steroids… association speed-dating! Last year, more than 175 executives from 42 OM companies and 233 vendors from 123 product-service companies attended.
Event Basics:
- Thursday, August 19
- 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Arlington Convention Center
Event Schedule:
- 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Reception (Cash Bar & Heavy Hors D’oeuvres)
- 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. One-on-one Meetings
Vendor Member Benefits:
- A reasonable registration fee providing exclusive selling opportunities;
- One-on-one meetings with executive-level decision-makers;

Owner/Management Company Registration:

- To date, more than 100 Executives from more than 30 OM companies have committed to attend.
Vendor Registration:
- Begins July 1;
- Online only;
- First come, first served basis;
- Company must be a member of both AAGD and AATC;
- $275 per attendee, limit 3 attendees per vendor company;
- Payment is only by personal credit card – no corporate/company credit cards allowed;
- No one will be admitted without prior payment;
- Cancellations must be confirmed by August 13 - No refunds after cancellation date;
- No shows will be charged; and
- No walk-ins will be accepted.
