With over 700 properties in our database, we service over 170,000 apartment homes in Tarrant and surrounding counties. In addition, we have over 300 owner/manager members and over 250 product and services companies that service these companies. Together, we are a catalyst for great commerce and industry.

Membership Fees:
Processing Fee: $50 (joining or re-joining as a member)
Product/Service Members: $410/annually
Owner/IROC/Management Members: $205/annually
Property Members: $205 + $2.01 per unit/annually
