AATC Leadership
Lyceum Committee

In 2005, the Apartment Association of Tarrant County followed the lead of the National Apartment Association and formed the first affiliate-based multihousing leadership development program in the nation, AATCs Leadership Lyceum has been designed to identify and empower industry leaders with information required to advance successful broad-based business initiatives. Its success has become a growing source of acclaim throughout NAAs affiliated family of associations. Each year, participants are hand-selected and asked to make a commitment to the program, focusing their leadership skills on fundamental association management principals, public advocacy initiatives and community service. To date, AATC has graduated 25 industry leaders from its Lyceum program.
