3. Professional Education: AATC provides a long list of ways to increase a person’s knowledge base. Not only do we host the National Apartment Association’s professional designate programs, but we also host a wide assortment of programs throughout the year in the HD-CD program.
4. TAA Lease Forms: AATC is one of 25 authorized re-sellers of the most widely accepted standard for legal documents between apartment residents and rental property owners and managers in the nation. Along with the TAA Redbook, the bible of rental-housing law, AATC carries everything from rental applications to room-mate addendums. 5. Affiliated Services: AATC is 1 of 25 local multihousing trade associations in the state of Texas and one of 165 state and local organizations scattered throughout the United States and Canada. When you join AATC, you automatically become a voting member of TAA and NAA.
